e2999 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the e2999 platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and us.

Important Notice: By registering on the e2999 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

1 General Provisions

e2999 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the e2999 website (https://e2999.cam) and all related services.

These Terms apply to any user ("you", "member") of the platform. By accessing, browsing or creating an account on the platform, you are giving your consent to these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the e2999 website, applications and related services.
  • "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
  • "Account" refers to each member's personal account.
  • "Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, live games and other features.
  • "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, free credits and cashback benefits.

1.2 Applicable Law

Relevant international laws and regulations shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration where possible.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use services on e2999. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted to create accounts and any such accounts will be closed immediately.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. The following details will be required:

  • Full legal name (as per national identity card)
  • Valid email address
  • Active mobile number
  • Date of birth (for age verification)
  • Preferred payment method details

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

Each member may only hold one account. Creating more than one account from the same person, family, household or IP address is strictly prohibited. In the event of such a violation, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC): For security purposes, e2999 may request a government-issued identity document or other documentation for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

e2999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any of these Terms
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Bonus abuse
  • Providing false information
  • Failure to complete identity verification

3.3 Closure at Member's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, however any pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

e2999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits and Process

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method)
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
  • If there is an issue with deposit processing, contact support immediately
  • Only one e2999 account may receive deposits from a single payment account

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes
  • Withdrawal requests may only be made to verified payment methods
  • Withdrawing via the same method used for the deposit is preferred
Deposit requirement before withdrawal: Each deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements must be met for bonus funds (see Section 5 for details).

4.4 Transaction Review

e2999 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for review of suspicious transactions. In such cases, the member may be asked to provide additional verification information.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

  • Wagering requirement: the deposit and bonus combined must be wagered 15 times
  • Wagering must be completed within a set period after the bonus is received
  • If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited
  • Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

e2999 has five VIP levels, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes: creating accounts solely to claim bonuses, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, placing bets in violation of promotional terms, and similar conduct. In the event of such a violation, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on e2999 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game session is independent and does not depend on previous results.

6.2 Software Issues

If an abnormal result occurs in a game due to a technical error or software issue, e2999 reserves the right to void that round. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

Specific rules of the relevant sport will apply when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded, however different rules may apply in special circumstances.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or market. e2999 reserves the right to change bet limits for any member, particularly in cases of unusual betting patterns.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e2999 platform:

  • Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraud, deception or manipulation
  • Placing bets using software, bots or automated systems
  • Unauthorised access to another member's account
  • Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
  • Coordinating with other members to fix outcomes (collusion)
  • Unauthorised promotion using the platform's name or logo
Consequences of violations: Members involved in these prohibited activities will have their accounts closed immediately, all balances and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Privacy and Security

8.1 Data Protection

e2999 uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information. Your financial information is stored on secure servers and is not sold or shared with any third party.

8.2 Cookies and Tracking

8.3 Third-Party Services

10 Dispute Resolution

10.1 Complaints Process

10.2 Game Result Disputes

For disputes regarding game results, the game provider's logs and our server records will be considered as final evidence. If an error in the determined result is proven due to technical reasons, it will be corrected.

10.3 Arbitration

If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual discussion, the dispute will be settled through international arbitration. Both parties agree that the arbitration ruling is final and binding.

11 Changes to Terms

e2999 reserves the right to change, amend or update these rules and terms at any time. Members will be notified via email or through the platform in the case of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly. The date of each update will be noted at the top of the page.

Limitation of Liability: e2999 bears limited liability for losses caused by technical issues, third-party service interruptions or other unavoidable circumstances. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
